RESULTS
30K employee company in midtown manhattan who struggled with back office issues related to execution of fund management and transactions not being approved in a timely manner. I was hired to find creative solutions to resolve archaic funding problems and implement timely trading executions and high quality workflows for fund management. Extensive conversations with front end to back end staff and understanding the technology glitches that were creating significant delays in approval of transactions and money transfers we were able to resolve the delays by revising the system of approval using updated technology instead of manual and outdated systems. The change eliminated an entire department that was creating a redundancy saving the company hundreds of thousands of dollars in costs. But, even more important, the clients were able to access their funds in a timely manner and within the company the sales team was more confident in the reliability of their company.
